 1. Description

 

The product is designed for laser tube cutting equipment and supporting, the product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, through the side rotation of air intake to achieve fast clamping and loosening action, disconnected air source, can work. After the product base is fixed, it only needs to install the supporting motor and gear connection, and connect with the compressed air source (0.25-0.9mpa) to achieve clamping workpiece and driving the workpiece rotation. Mainly used for clamping workpiece and rotating.

The product adopts cylinder direct output, high mechanical efficiency, small energy loss, output clamping force, clamping force stability. Due to the use of cylinder directly clamping workpiece, cylinder working stroke is chuck working stroke, clamping range is wide. Using cylinder direct output, output force and air pressure is linear proportion, easy to achieve software control.

Chuck simple structure, small number of components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia, low energy consumption. The axial size of chuck is small, and the cost of zero tail is lower.

The product is designed for square hole, compared with the round hole chuck, increase the size of square tube, expand the scope of use.
